A native of Atlanta, Cecil Alexander Jr. was a World War II veteran, a renowned architect, and an outspoken activist during the Civil Rights Movement. Rubin and Lola Lansky were Holocaust survivors. They married in 1947 and moved to Atlanta in 1953. The collection consists of immigration documents, records from Eternal Life-Hemshech, Inc. a Holocaust survivor’s organization and records from the 50th anniversary celebration of the Victory in Europe in 1995.
