Abstract
A native of Russia, Isidore Sirota lived in New York City before moving to Atlanta. Once in Atlanta, he opened a corner grocery store named "Joe's Market." His wife, Rose, was also a native of Russia. Both of them were very active in the Farband Zionist Order, which was organized in 1913 and provided sickness and death benefits while promoting Yiddish culture and Socialist doctrine. The papers...
