Hilda Popkin married Robert William Ney of Atlanta. Hilda Popkin is a graduate of the University Hospital School of Nursing in Augusta. Mr. Ney is a graduate of Boys’ High School and Georgia Tech. During the war, he was a captain in the Army. The Popkin family was very active members at the Y.M.H.A.
