Researchers examining the B’nai B’rith Women (Macon, Ga.) Records scrapbooks can gain a brief insight into the activities of Jewish women in Macon, Ga. The 1949 scrapbook is a collection of newspaper clippings, they have been copied and original documents remain with copies. The 1960 scrapbook remain in original order.
The 1960 scrapbook houses a letter signed by Senator John F. Kennedy to Mrs. Leonard Kaplan on John F. Kennedy for President letterhead.

Biographical / Historical
B’nai B’rith Women of Macon scrapbook is a collection of newspaper clippings, invitations and some original material of the first chapter meeting in 1949. The second scrapbook, dated 1960 is a collection of materials from a “Gold Bond” stamp project. The Gold Bond stamps project was to help United Cerebral Palsy of Macon secure a bus for cerebral palsied children.
