Dixie Nell Minatra lived in the city of Birmingham, Alabama. Dixie Mintra worked for Federated Department Stores as an employee in Birmingham which would later become Rich’s Department Stores. Dixie Minatra worked for between the 1960s to the late 1990s until she retired.
